Last night I went out to dinner at a local Italian restaurant with one of my life long friends Alex & our mamas. We got together to celebrate his birthday, my engagement, exchange belated Hanukkah gifts & whatnot.

When we got to the restaurant, there was a film crew outside.
RHONJ was filming an “End of the World” episode. The cast was all there dressed in camouflage & helmets. We were told that we were welcome to stay, and had to sign a release form to be on TV.
My mom was sooo not having it. My parents live in Franklin Lakes & she thinks the show is ridiculous, gives our town a bad rap. She wanted no part of it. And she was flipping about the idea of being on camera.
But we forced her to stay & it turned into a really funny evening.
(Creeping on Kathy & Rosie.)

I couldn’t leave without getting a picture with Al. “Albie.”
I have known him (and had the biggest crush on him) since the 6th grade when he moved to town & well into our high school years. He knows. It was no secret. I was a super awkward teenager for a loooong time.
(Who are we kidding, I still am.)

I am kinda all up in his grill here.
It made my adolescent heart really happy.
You will all have to watch the episode in a couple months & find me awkwardly standing around in the background!
(Jamie is not going to like this post so much. Love you boo! :)
